특징 (Features)
*초정밀의 분광 광학체
   : 최적화된 반사표면을 가진 Carl Zeiss^(R) 제품의 회절격자(Seya Namioka^(R) monochromator 디자인) 사용하여 미광이 매우 적으며 동량으로
    빔을 분리하는“Chopper"에 의해 광학에너지가 최소 80% 이상 보존된다.
    이와 함께 고감도의 Photomultiplier의 사용으로 100% 샘플의 에너지를 보존해내며 Double beam 시스템만이 가능한 Reference beam의
    추가로 암전류를 제거한다.
* Symmetric double beam 은 beam당 단지 6번의 굴절을 하며 고에너지 회절 Zeiss monochromator 는 mm 당 1300 lines 의
   holographic blazed grating을 만들어 낸다.
* 정밀한 시계제조 공법 식 사용 : 시간에 따른 편차가 없으며 0.25nm(0.3nm in XS model)의 정밀도 실현
* lamp에서 detector까지 주철을 사용, 견고한 광학체 지지대 사용 : 전 파장에서 매우 높은 안정성 실현 ( 0.01 mm tolerance)
* External source bench는 광학체 지지대에 단열기능을 하며 모든 광학적 부품들은 Deterium lamp로 부터 방출되는 오존의 오염으로부터
   차단돼 있음.
